Shipping warehouse: Germany

§1 Scope
These T&C apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
By placing your order, you agree to these terms.
You act as a consumer insofar as your order is not predominantly for commercial or self-employed activity.
Orders can only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.

§2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
You can place products in the shopping cart and submit a binding order via the “order with obligation to pay” button.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order via order confirmation or dispatch the goods.
The contract text is stored and sent to you by email.

§3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are shown during the ordering process.
Shipping within Germany is free for orders with a value of €350 or more.
If goods are returned from an order over €350 and the goods remaining with you are worth less than €350, shipping costs will be charged retrospectively and deducted from the refund.

§4 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available at checkout:
Shopify Payments (e.g. credit card)
PayPal
Apple Pay
Klarna (if offered)
Payment is processed during the ordering process via the respective payment provider.

§5 Delivery
Delivery is made from our shipping warehouse in Germany via DHL or a comparable shipping service provider.
In-stock goods are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.
If a product is not immediately available, we will inform you by email.
Risk passes to you upon handover of the goods.

§6 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply to all products.
In the event of a defect, you are entitled to repair or replacement delivery.

§7 Liability
We are fully liable for:
Intent and gross negligence
Damage to life, body and health
Product liability
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage.

§8 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§9 Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§10 Data Protection
Personal data is processed for contract performance in accordance with the GDPR.

§11 Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the seller’s registered office.
